General Return Policy
We offer a 7-day return window for eligible items. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.
To qualify:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
- Must include original tags, invoice
- Return must be initiated within 15 days from the delivery date
Made-to-Measure / Customized Items
Our custom-made and made-to-measure garments (e.g., blazers, wedding suits, partywear, trousers) are created specifically for you.
As such:
- Refunds are not available on customized products
- If the garment doesn’t fit right, we offer free alteration service (one-time only)
- Altered customized items are non-returnable and non-refundable
Alterations
If your custom product needs adjustment:
- We will alter it free of cost
- You are responsible for sending the item back to us safely
- Turnaround time for alterations is typically 7–10 business days
Refunds (for Eligible Items Only)
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
- Refunds are made to the original payment method
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
Items Not Eligible for Return
- Garments that have been worn, washed, or stained
- Products returned after the 7-day window
- Customized or made-to-measure items (if already altered)
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
How to Initiate a Return or Alteration

- Your order number
- Reason for return or alteration
- Photo(s) if there’s an issue with quality or fit
We’ll guide you through the next steps.
Return Shipping
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable courier service.
